Refund Policy

At codebrights,we really care about making sure you're happy with your purchase. If something didn’t turn out right, maybe it’s the wrong product, something's not working, or it just didn’t meet your expectations, don’t stress. We’re here to help you sort it out, quickly and easily.

1. Can I Get a Refund?

Of course! You can request a refund if:

  • You contact us within 30 days of getting your order
  • The item is unused, in perfect shape, and still in its original packaging with everything included
  • You have proof of purchase (your order number, receipt, or invoice)
  • Just a heads-up, we can’t take back
  • Opened or used ink, toner, or paper
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards or store credit
  • Anything returned after the 30-day mark

We only use this to make your experience better, to ship your order, support you, or improve how the site works.

2. How Do I Request a Refund?

It’s super easy. Here’s what to do:

Step 1: Email us at info@codebrights.com just include your order number and a quick note explaining why you’d like to return the item.

Step 2: If your return qualifies, we’ll send you a return number and simple instructions.

Step 3: Pack it up carefully and ship it back using a tracked and insured service (unless the item was damaged or our mistake, in that case, we’ll cover the return shipping).

Step 4: Once we receive it and give it a look, we’ll send your refund. If there’s any issue, we’ll reach out to chat.

3. When Will I Get My Money Back?

We’ll send your refund to the same card or account you used to pay.

It usually takes around 10-14 business days after we’ve approved the return.

If the item is missing pieces, used, or damaged, we might give a partial refund instead.

4. What We Can’t Refund

Unless something arrived broken or faulty, we can’t give refunds for:

  • Used ink, toner, or paper
  • Items that have clearly been used
  • Anything marked “final sale” or “clearance”
  • Gift cards or store credit
  • Returns made after the 30-day window

Pro tip: Always check the item details before you hit "Buy" it helps avoid surprises later!

5. What If My Order Arrives Damaged or Doesn’t Work?

We’ll fix it, promise.

If it was damaged in shipping, email us within 5 days with a few photos. We’ll pay for the return shipping and either send you a new item or give you your money back.

 

6. Can I Exchange Something Instead?

We don’t do exchanges. Return it for a refund, then buy the one you really want.

7. Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes!

If we haven’t shipped it yet, email us and we’ll cancel it, full refund, no problem

If it’s already shipped, just wait for it to arrive, then return it using the steps above.
